We ensure high security of data on our Hair Jazz Online Store. All credit and debit card transactions are processed by “Global Collect International Payment Services”, a secure online gateway that will be responsible for holding and handling information related to your payment details.

- How do I place an order online?
You can easily place an order following a few steps:
1. Search, choose and add to the Shopping Cart your favorite HAIR JAZZ product.
2. Select your shipping and payment method to complete your order.
3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- I have not received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
First, check your spam filter. If you still have not received your confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service info@hairjazz.com
HAIR JAZZ Instructions for Use
- HAIR JAZZ Shampoo: Every two to three days wet your scalp and apply HAIR JAZZ. Gently lather and massage with the tips of your fingers for 1–2 minutes for good root penetration. Leave the shampoo on your scalp for 2 more minutes without any further massage. Rinse out the shampoo with warm water.
- HAIR JAZZ Conditioner: After shampooing apply a small amount of conditioner to your entire hair. Let the conditioner sit for 1-2 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
- HAIR JAZZ Mask: After using your HAIR JAZZ shampoo apply copiously to your entire hair from mid-length to tips, leave for three minutes, and then rinse.
- HAIR JAZZ Lotion: After using your HAIR JAZZ shampoo, conditioner, and mask dry your hair with a towel. Spray lotion directly onto scalp and massage gently for 1–2 minutes. Do not rinse. Use HAIR JAZZ lotion every 2–3 days.
- HAIR JAZZ Serum: Spray the HAIR JAZZ hair serum, first of all, on your fingers. Evenly apply it on your DRY hair ends. We recommend that you do not comb your hair immediately and wait for several minutes in order to enable the absorption of the serum.
- HAIR JAZZ Leave-in Cream: Apply evenly to clean, towel-dried hair and style as desired. Can also be used as a finisher on dry hair for added perfection. Serum and leave-in cream are used interchangeably.
- HAIR JAZZ Heat Protecting Spray: Spray on damp hair before using a hairdryer. When using with a flat iron, dry hair then spray on hair before flat-ironing.
