FORTE CAPIL Shampoo (8.5 fl oz): Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the shampoo to damp hair every 2 or 3 days. Lather up the shampoo by massaging it very gently onto your scalp without rubbing. Leave the product on for 3 to 4 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
FORTE CAPIL Lotion (6.8 fl oz): In the event of hair loss, please apply the FORTE CAPIL lotion to dry or damp hair every morning for one month and massage the lotion gently into the scalp in order to achieve the best possible effect of the product.

Top stuff! I notice less hair loss after two uses. Highly recommended!
My only regret with Capil shampoo is that I waited so long to try it. Since using this product my hair is thicker and has more volume. I now have gray hair that actually shines!! My very pink scalp is showing less and less.
I have certainly seen less hair loss since using this product. Only new to using it so will hopefully see more hair growth in the future.

So far the the shampoo works as expected as long as you wash was as such shampoo one or twice per week you will not find any hair loss it will almost stop but once use stop using the shampoo it will come about love's the shampoo very good smell makes your hair smews,
