FORTE CAPIL Shampoo (8.5 fl oz): Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the shampoo to damp hair every 2 or 3 days. Lather up the shampoo by massaging it very gently onto your scalp without rubbing. Leave the product on for 3 to 4 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

I can recommend the shampoo and have already bought it.
I am under a great deal of stress, like most folks these days :( My already fine and thinning hair was falling out, a teaspoon per shampoo. Tried this shampoo and within 3 uses, my hair loss had lessened by half. And it smells great. Herbal and very clean. I was so happy to find something that actually does what it claims!
