FORTE CAPIL Shampoo (8.5 fl oz): Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the shampoo to damp hair every 2 or 3 days. Lather up the shampoo by massaging it very gently onto your scalp without rubbing. Leave the product on for 3 to 4 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

I have already started, I really notice a lot of difference
I like this product because it helps with my hair loss/hair thinning problem.
Like all Harmonylife products. This shampoo is really very good.
It lathers well but also has an inoffensive smell. Since I'm a guy, I don't like strong smelling shampoos. I've noticed less hairs on my bathroom counter when getting ready in the morning so I assume it's working.
Smells nice, promotes fuller hair and doesn't weigh it down.
