HAIR JAZZ Self-Tanning Mousse (6.8 fl oz): Ensure skin is clean and exfoliated. Do not moisturize or use moisturizing shower lotions prior to application. Use a Tan Mitt and apply with circular movements. Use sparingly on hands, feet, knees, and elbows and wipe these areas with a slightly damp cloth following application. For the longest-lasting tan apply 3 times, leaving each application to develop for 8-24 hours. Shower between applications with water.
Shake well before use.

The product is nourishing and spreads easily, therefore you don?t need much. Texture is quite liquid, so should not apply too much, because a small amount is enough for a large body area
